Cancellation policy

Returns, Cancellations and Defective Products. Subject to Cargility’s return authorization and return instructions, unused and unopened Products in their original packaging and resalable condition may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Products that have been used, opened, assembled, installed, or otherwise removed from their original condition are not eligible for return. No returns will be accepted more than fourteen (14) days after delivery.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product received was defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect. Purchaser must notify Cargility within fourteen (14) days of delivery of any defective, damaged, or incorrect Product and follow Cargility’s instructions for resolution.

All returns require prior authorization from Cargility and must comply with Cargility’s return instructions. Orders that have already shipped may not be cancelled. Any approved refund will be issued after the returned Product has been received and inspected by Cargility.
