Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Cargility currently ships orders only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Orders may not be purchased for export, resale, distribution, or use outside the United States unless expressly authorized by Cargility in writing.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated as part of a Cargility promotion or offer.

Presale Orders

Products purchased during Cargility’s presale period are not available for immediate shipment. Our current goal is to begin delivering presale orders in late fall 2026.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may change as we move through manufacturing and fulfillment. We will provide customers with updates if there are material changes to the anticipated shipping timeline.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided with your order.

Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cargility is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your Cargility product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and, when requested, photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide next steps.

Returns

Shipping-related returns and refunds are subject to Cargility’s Return Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.
