Cargility is currently accepting pre-orders for our first production run.
By placing a pre-order, you reserve your place in our fulfillment queue and will receive priority shipment once production is complete. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or shipping circumstances beyond our control.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, our standard Warranty and Return Policy applies.

If you are purchasing Cargility for someone else, you will be asked to accept our Terms of Use during checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms and assume responsibility for ensuring the device is provided to the recipient with the instructions for its intended and proper use.
Because Cargility is an assistive mobility device, used products cannot be returned.
If your device arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of deliveryat info@cargility.com. Our team will review the issue and, if a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed, we will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.
Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
